My Mission

To support tired families with gentle, personalised sleep solutions — no cry-it-out, no pressure, and no guilt.

At Rockabye sleep consultancy, I work closely with families just like yours to bring calm back to bedtime and help everyone in your home get the rest they need. Quality sleep isn't just about getting through the night – it's essential for your child's development and emotional resilience, and just as crucial for your own mental well-being. With better sleep, you'll feel more balanced, less stressed, and finally have the space to enjoy your evenings.

I believe every parent deserves rest, every baby deserves to feel secure, and no one should have to choose between sleep and connection. With calm, compassionate guidance, I can help your family find a way forward that feels right for them — because better sleep is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

By getting to know your family, I create a personalised sleep plan tailored to your unique needs, one that can help your little one start sleeping better in just a few days.

If you feel like you've tried everything to get your little one sleeping better but it seems impossible, I'm here to tell you that it is possible. With my gentle method, you can have the joys of your baby sleeping better, without the worries of your baby being left to cry it out.

Book a call today and join all the parents that shout from the rooftops how well their little ones sleep.

Hello!

Hello, my name is Charnie, also known as Mummy to my little boy, Rico.

After a successful career in London’s banking sector, becoming a mum completely reshaped my perspective. During maternity leave with my son, I realised I wanted more than the 9–5 — I was ready to pursue something truly meaningful.

Like many parents, I found myself navigating the world of baby sleep with endless questions and late-night research. What began as a personal quest quickly turned into a deep passion for understanding infant sleep — and soon, I was the go-to person among friends and family for all things naps, routines, and night wakes.

I saw firsthand how many families were overwhelmed and exhausted, simply needing the right support. That’s when I knew I wanted to help — not just as a parent, but as a professional.

Having worked in London, I understand the pressure of juggling a demanding career with the realities of new parenthood. The stress of early meetings, long hours, and constant deadlines doesn't pause just because you're also up at night with a baby. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to manage it all – and that’s why I’m passionate about helping parents find calm, rest, and balance again.

I trained extensively to become a certified infant sleep consultant and founded RockaBye — with one goal: to empower families with practical, evidence-based sleep support that works.

What my clients say

“I can give my daughter a kiss and cuddle at bed time, pop her in her cot and leave her to settle herself to sleep, and the best part about it is, she is really happy to do so! Now we both get a full nights sleep!”

"Charnie was incredible throughout the whole process, we had daily check ins morning and night. And she supported me the whole way. Charnie made it very clear to me that consistency was key, and because of this, I listened to her advice and followed it. Don’t get me wrong, there were times where I wasn’t sure it was going to work, or if I was doing the right thing, but the support from Charnie was second to none, and her empathy and understanding towards my feelings were what helped me through the hard times."
